A: Your membership card will be mailed to you within 2 weeks after joining the program. If your card does not arrive after this time, please contact Member Services.

A: A|Club Accor Advantage Plus membership is valid for 12 months until the final day of the month shown on the membership card.

A: Contact Member Services. Your replacement card will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive. A replacement fee may be charged. In the meantime, you can quote your membership number for any bookings.

A: Members can book up to 2 rooms on the A|Club Accor Advantage Plus Members Rate, providing the member is staying in one of the rooms, and the dates of the other 2 rooms are the same as the stay dates of the room occupied by the member. Members can earn A|Club points for up to 2 rooms per booking.

A: Points for dining will only be awarded if you are staying at a participating Accor hotel. You will receive your usual members’ discount for casual dining but the spend is not eligible for A|Club points.

A: No. A|Club points are non-transferrable but A|Club hotel vouchers obtained using your points can be given to family or friends to use towards payment when they stay at any participating Accor hotel.

A: A|Club is valid at participating hotels worldwide and A|Club points are earned when you stay at participating hotels. All other benefits of Accor Advantage Plus, including the accommodation and dining discounts, are valid only within the Asia Pacific region. Please present your card at check-in.

A: No. Membership is strictly individual and non-transferable. You may apply for a supplementary one year membership card when joining the program. Contact Member Services for more information.

A: You can convert your A|Club points to hotel e-vouchers, frequent flyer points and partner rewards. Visit www.a-club.com to find out all the options and redeem your points online.

A: You can claim your points online by logging in at www.a-club.com. You will need to scan or fax a copy of your hotel invoice when making a claim.

A: Points never expire as long as you stay at a participating Accor hotel at least one night a year as an A|Club member.

A: You will need your email address and password to log-in to the A|Club website to update your profile or check your points. If you do not know your password you can request a new password on the A|Club website to be sent to your email address. If you experience any problems signing in to the A|Club website, please email Member Services philippines@advantageplus.com.au with your membership number and details of the issue and we will contact you as soon as possible.
